* Additional hourly rental beyond allotted rental time is available for $100 per hour.

* Holidays are subject to Saturday evening rates.

Rental fees include:

  • The exclusive use of the building for five hours for an evening event, and four hours for a daytime event. You are given access to the building two hours prior to your rental time for the set up of evening events, and one hour prior for daytime events. You are also allowed one hour after your event for clean up.
  • A host on site for your entire event - our professional staff make sure every detail is just as you planned - ensuring your event will run smoothly and stress-free.
  • A security guard at the entrance gate to allow your guests into Memory Grove Park for your event.
  • Customized set up of our tables and chairs. The Memorial House will set up and break down all tables and chairs to your specifications. We have for you to use:
    • Twenty 66" round tables
    • Five 8' banquet tables
    • Two 6' banquet tables
    • One 4' banquet table
    • Six 36" round cabaret tables
    • One 48" round table
    • 150 upholstered chairs
    Tables may be set up within the Memorial House or on the south lawn. Upholstered chairs may not be set up outside.

Wedding Ceremony Rate: $300

The Memorial House and Memory Grove Park offers many beautiful settings for a wedding ceremony. The main hall of the Memorial House is available year-round for wedding ceremonies. During the warmer months, you may also choose to have your ceremony outside in the park. Popular outdoor locations include the south lawn, in front of the Meditation Chapel, and by the white monument. If you choose to have an outdoor ceremony, the main hall is always available in the event of bad weather.

If you are not renting Memorial House for your reception, but would like to hold your wedding ceremony at Memorial House or in Memory Grove Park, we can accommodate wedding ceremonies for a $400 fee for a two hour window. Wedding ceremonies that do not include a reception at Memorial House are subject to additional booking restrictions. Please ask your Memorial House representative for more information.

Wedding Ceremony Rate Includes:

  • Your choice of location within Memory Grove Park and the Memorial House.
  • The use of up to 100 white resin chairs. Memorial House staff will set up and break down chairs.
  • An additional staff person during the ceremony.
  • Use of the bride's room to change and store personal items.
  • A one-hour rehearsal hosted by our knowledgeable staff. Rehearsal dates and times will be confirmed two weeks prior to the rehearsal. Rehearsals will be scheduled around existing events at the Memorial House, and will be scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Every effort will be made to meet your requested date and time.

Additional Services

Memorial House offers decor items including custom linens as well as audio visual equipment for an additional fee, although rental of these items through Memorial House is not required.  We are also happy to make recommendations for additional services such as flowers, and entertainment to meet all of your event needs. Please ask your Memorial House representative for vendor recommendations.
